Our mission is our purpose and it begins with a belief in the potential of every Epping student. Our focus is student learning (competence) and effort (character) so that our students are passionate, confident learners ready to reach their highest aspirations and thoughtfully contribute to a diverse and changing world.
We also believe in the potential of every school district staff member. The school district is dedicated to providing professional development resources to improve the learning of both students and staff.
All staff are expected to abide by School Board Policy and District and School Rules and Regulations implementing School Board Policy. All staff are expected to follow the School District Mission Statement and to strive to meet School District goals. As a school district we are undergoing significant change. Conflict can be a normal consequence of the change process and staff are requested to address concerns at the immediate level of concern. If you cannot resolve the matter, please follow the School District chain of command - Staff Member, School Principal, Superintendent, and School Board in that order.
