EVALUATION
Epping School District structures are designed to be interconnected in support of the School District Mission. The purpose of evaluation in the Epping School District is to improve the quality of teaching and learning for students, teachers, support staff, and administrators.
Evaluation is designed purposefully to interconnect with the School District Goals, Core Professional Standards, and Professional Development Master Plan, and to identify areas of strength and need. The challenge for both students and staff alike is to build on existing strengths and to strengthen areas needing improvement.
