PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

We believe that the most promising strategy for achieving the mission of the Epping School District is to function as a professional learning community focusing on learning, collaborative culture, and results.  This will require school and district structures, staff, and resources to be aligned in support of the professional learning community.

The Epping School District Professional Development Master Plan - The PD Master Plan documents the process by which Epping School Staff are renewed for NH Department of Education certification.  The Master Plan has recently been revised to meet the NH Department of Education guidlelines.  The Master Plan and Appendices can be referenced  below.

The Professional Development Guide - The PD Guide was developed to assist in the transition from the old plan to the new. It is designed to answer key questions such as why did the Professional Master Plan change, how does it connect with our everyday work, what are the professional development structures in place within the schools and district, what role do these structures play, and what are the responsibilities of individual staff members and teams?   The PD Guide and Organization can be referenced below.

Questions - Questions may be directed to School Staff Development Coordinators who are members of the District Professional Development Committee.  Questions may also be directed to the Superintendent.
