The mission of the Epping School District is to focus on the potential of every student and engage each to be passionate, confident learners who demonstrate competence and have strength of character to reach their highest aspirations and thoughtfully contribute to a diverse and changing world.

Our mission is our purpose and it begins with a belief in the potential of every Epping student.  Our focus is student learning (competence) and effort (character) so that our students are passionate, confident learners ready to reach their highest aspirations and thoughtfully contribute to a diverse and changing world.

We also believe in the potential of every school district staff member.  The school district has dedicated significant professional development resources to improving our competence as educators.  We begin the 2008-2009 school year no longer a "district in need of improvement."  Our staff members have demonstrated new skills and strength of character.  I am immensely proud of our staff, students, and parents for their commitment and accomplishment.
