We would like to take a moment to celebrate the success of our first Thanksgiving Food Drive which was planned and coordinated by our National Honor Society. Due to the efforts of our community, we were able to provide 14 families with a full Thanksgiving meal. By leveraging the efforts of our students, our teachers, our families, End 68 Hours of Hunger, Telly’s Restaurant, and others, many families were able to celebrate the holidays with a Turkey and all the traditional “fixins.” Thank you to our NHS advisor, Karen Nekton, Nick Deguttola (School Counselor), Emily Lemoine (Social Worker), Maureen Toomire (FNS), and many many more for your support and help with our families. The NHS is already working on another way to help others for the month of December. Stay tuned!
