NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
SPECIAL MEETING TO CORRECT PROCEDURAL DEFECT
Notice is hereby given that the Epping School Board will hold a Public Hearing pursuant to RSA 31:5-b on:
Date: June 11, 2026
Time: 5:00PM
Location: Epping Elementary School Media Center
The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comment regarding a procedural defect associated with the Epping School District Annual Meeting budget process. Specifically, the MS-27 Official Ballot Voting Form Budget was posted without the required certification signatures.
The School District proposes to cure this procedural defect by holding a Special School District Meeting on June 18, 2026, at which voters will be asked to ratify and validate the prior posting and publication of the budget and related warrant materials.
All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard.
