Food Services

The Epping School District serves nutritious, inexpensive breakfasts and lunches to students each day within the USDA Dietary Guidelines for Americans and meal requirements specified by the USDA and National School Lunch Program. Student and staff input is always welcome as we work to meet nutritional requirements and serve meals you will enjoy.

Meals comprise five components: 2oz equiv. meat/meat alts, 2oz equiv. grains, 1c vegetables, 1c fruits, and 1c milk. Meals must include three of these components and at least 1/2c fruit or vegetable.

Meal prices for SY23-24:
Breakfast Meal: $2.00
Reduced-price meals are free with an approved USDA meal benefits application.
Lunch Meal: $3.50
Reduced price lunch meals are $0.40 with an approved USDA meal benefits application.
Student and staff accounts can be grouped so families share the same pool of resoucres! This helps to eliminate the need to send multiple checks or pay multiple deposit fees in the family portal. Contact the director if you would like to pair accounts and make use of this feature.

Adult meal prices are $2.50 for breakfast, $5 for lunch. Per school board policy, adults are bot allowed to put meals on credit. Cash or check is always welcome! Credit cards may be used with our family portal, Linq Connect. Faculty and staff are automatically enrolled in our management system, but non-contract employees like subs or visitors must create thier account and contact the director to set up PINs.

Entrees, like sandwiches or the daily specials, are $1.50 for breakfast and $2.50 for lunch.
Sides are 75¢, which includes fruit and vegetable portions.
Milk is always 50¢.
Alacartes are available at market prices, generally 50¢ to $2 for chips, drinks, cookies, and ice creams.
