Epping School Lunch Program

All of our meals - both breakfast & lunch - are a mix of components: meats & meat-alternatives, whole grains & breads, cooked & raw vegetables, fresh & prepared fruits, choice of milk. Students can choose three, four… even five different components to complete their meals. The only catch is that they must take a fruit or vegetable, but then we will do everything we can to make that choice easy! Look for stars in our elementary menus to help students make good choices. Secondary students will have at least two components on every meal and can customize to their hearts' content, so picking up a fruit or vegetable option becomes a snap!
