Epping School Menus

All of our meals - both breakfast & lunch - are a mix of components: meats & meat-alternatives, whole grains & breads, cooked & raw vegetables, fresh & prepared fruits, choice of milk. Students can choose three, four, or five different components to complete their meals. They must take at least one half-cup portion of fruits or vegetables

Our menus are best viewed using our family portal, for nutritional and allergen info, photos, descriptions, and more. 

Please note that we reserve the right to change our menus without notice. All meals will still conform to our meal pattern requirements and student-focused preparation! 
Special diets and nutritional concerns may be accomodated with a signed special diet form. Epping FNS will work to acoomodate all requests, but not every diet can be assured without this form. Contact your school nurse or FNS director for more information.
